HOW XNIU DELIVERS

Requirement to validationRepeatable production

This is XNIU's project-execution page: turning a defined requirement into an engineering sample, a validated production process and a delivered product.

Actual board-level engineering material from the supplied XNIU archive
01Define

Requirement and acceptance criteria

02Engineer

Architecture and engineering sample

03Validate

DFM, pilot build and test closure

04Deliver

Repeatable production and change support

PROJECT WORKFLOW

Four controlled stages from requirement to delivery

This page explains the execution method. The About page establishes who XNIU is, its resources and documented company experience.

  1. 01

    Define the requirement

Clarify the use case, environment, target market, interfaces, quantity, schedule, cost boundary and acceptance criteria.

Output: confirmed scope and feasibility plan
  2. 02

    Engineer the system

Develop the project-appropriate electronics, PCB, firmware, application, CMS, mechanics and communications as one architecture.

    Output: reviewable engineering sample
  3. 03

    Validate for production

Close cross-disciplinary interfaces, perform DFM and BOM readiness reviews, prepare fixtures, SOPs and the pilot build.

Output: validated design and production process
  4. 04

    Manufacture and improve

Run agreed inspection, assembly, functional test, aging, final inspection, packing and necessary post-delivery change support.

Output: accepted product and controlled changes

ONE ACCOUNTABLE SYSTEM

Engineering disciplines meet before the production line

The project boundary is agreed case by case, but the interfaces are managed together so a change in one discipline is reviewed against the complete product.

01

Electronics and PCB

Schematics, PCB layout, interfaces, power, communications, BOM and DFM review

02

Firmware, applications and CMS

Device control, operating-system integration, application workflow and content management

03

Mechanical and production engineering

Enclosure, assembly, fixtures, SOP, packaging and production-process preparation

04

Supply chain and quality

Material readiness, alternatives, incoming checks, functional verification, aging and corrective follow-up

DELIVERY GATES

Each stage closes a different project risk

01Requirement review

Are the use case, environment and acceptance criteria clear?

Confirmed project boundary

02Architecture review

Do electronics, firmware, software and mechanics share stable interfaces?

Executable technical plan

03Engineering validation

Does the sample meet the agreed functional baseline?

Verified engineering sample

04Pilot-build review

Are BOM, DFM, fixtures, SOP and test methods ready?

Repeatable pilot process

05Delivery review

Are inspection, aging, packing and acceptance records complete?

Controlled shipment and change record

PROJECT BOUNDARIES

Scope and evidence are confirmed for each project

The factory is located at Building 4, Phase II, Optoelectronics Industrial Park, Guannan Economic Development Zone, Guannan County, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China. The 12,000 m² figure is the current company baseline; audited capacity, line list, headcount and certification evidence will be published after verification. Project-specific scope, IP ownership, MOQ, NRE and warranty are defined in the contract.

START WITH A REQUIREMENT

Give us the target result and constraints

Share the application, environment, interfaces, quantity, destination market and schedule. XNIU will define the next engineering gate.
